About Ceno Grille

Italian restaurants, sub shops, calzone counters and Italian delis sit next to the pizzerias on this site because most of them bake pizza too, often from the same dough. Full-service Italian restaurants take reservations for dinner, add a tip line for table service (15-20% is customary) and usually run a cheaper lunch menu on weekdays. Sub and sandwich shops are counter-order and quick, with sizes by the inch or in half and whole lengths. Calzones and strombolis are priced like a medium pizza and are large enough to share. Italian delis and bakeries sell by weight and by the piece, and many close mid-afternoon.
Hours are published for 1 day a week. The most common schedule is 11 AMβ9 PM. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Ceno Grille at (239) 549-2366; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, cenogrille.com.
Customers rate it 4.5 out of 5 on Google across 630 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded italian restaurants in Cape Coral.
Cape Coral is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cape Coral follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I donβt normally leave reviews, but CENO absolutely deserves one. This was our first visit, and we were genuinely impressed from start to finish. The food was incredible, and the service was just as exceptional. Tierra went above and beyond to walk us through the menu, answer all of our questions, and recommend dishes based on what we liked. Every recommendation was spot on, and we couldnβt have been happier with our meals. If itβs your first time visiting, donβt hesitate to ask for suggestions. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about the food, rightfully so. Weβll definitely be back!

Went for lunch today and will be back. Zoey took good care of us at the bar and chef Will knocked it out of the park. Low key atmosphere, good conversation and left not able to eat another bite. It was not too busy and had a chance to chat with Will which was nice to hear his passion for the food he makes. To all foodies...Go here! Loved it...Joel and Debbie

We had an outstanding experience at Ceno Grill. The seafood was absolutely amazing β the mussels in white wine were especially delicious and full of flavor. A special thank you to Zoey, our waitress, who truly made the evening exceptional. Her recommendations for the salmon and chicken parm were spot on, and everything we ordered exceeded expectations. The food alone would bring us back, but Zoeyβs personal touches took the experience above and beyond. From bringing water for our dog to carefully packing our leftovers and making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the meal, her service was thoughtful, attentive, and memorable. Highly recommend both Ceno Grill and Zoey if youβre looking for great food and even better hospitality.

We had our first visit as a party of 5 who range from decades long residents to 10 years. I am a little sad to say we have dined at restaurants all over the Cape and didn't know about Ceno. We had a great midweek experience. The staff are awesome so attentive even though it was busy, very friendly as we didn't all make it at one time. The salads to start were great and then the main course dishes. I had the linguine carbonara which was really authentic with a delicious creamy sauce and just the right amount of pork meat. My wife had the ravioli which loved. The prices are great especially the house wine. It is a great local place and we will definitely be back.

Ceno never disappoints The lasagna, we get every single time. Absolutely delicious and the portion size is very generous. Also had the Penni vodka pasta, also constantly great. This is a must try small Italian place in Cape!
